Pulled off the highway for a different restaurant but seeing the packed parking lot we decided to try here. We even waited 15 minutes for a table after hearing how people felt about the food. Great choice!! Service was friendly and on top of everything. Green beans made my Sunday complete. We enjoyed everything we ordered and my kids are 5,7 and 9. Even other customers were super friendly. We would for sure be regulars if we didn’t live 1500 miles away.
My husband and I tried Freds Steakhouse for takeout for our anniversary dinner. My husband got the Freds Burger and absolutely loved it! I got a Chicken Salad with a side of fries and everything was made just how I asked. It was a nice surprise that they put the chicken in a separate box so that my salad didnt get soggy from the heat of the chicken. We also got dessert to share. The food was delicious, were waited on quickly when picking up, and the staff seemed friendly. Would definitely eat here again.
We had lunch for our granddaughter birthday .Service and food was top notch .. Our server Mrs Brown was absolutely phenomenal. We will be back . Big thanks from the Knowles Family.
Cute local place, but don’t let that fool you! INCREDIBLE Ribeye steak. Perfectly seasoned and no need for salt, pepper or steak sauce. Just DONT even think about sauce. It’s juicy and cooked to perfection. The broccoli side was steamed perfect and had just the right amount of salt on it. Once again I didn’t need any seasoning and I’m am a huge lover of seasoning everything. Just try one bite before you put anything on your food here. They have the flavor down perfect! The bartender was awesome. He made a speakeasy worthy “Fred’s old fashioned” like a veteran bartender. It was unreal. Big ice cube, and crystal glass… none of those little ice cubes meant for a soda or glass of water. The rolls they give you were like Texas Roadhouse but better. Texas Roadhouse like yeast rolls, but with a hint of sourdough flavor. I highly recommend stopping here! What a true gem!!
Chicken fried steak is awesome! They also bring rolls with cinnamon butter! Saw the sign & glad we stopped! Also good sized parking lot, we had a trailer. No issues parking. Definitely will be stopping every time we come through!

Went here for a quick lunch. Did not disappoint. I had the small sirloin with a house salad and fried okra. Steak was fantastic salad was perfect. All for 11.99 My wife had the fish tacos they were great as well. We will definitely stop here again.
This place is the beez knees! Big parking lot with plenty of parking, a few semi's can fit in and go gave a good decent meal. Ice tea was strong but not to sweet. Bathroom clean. Server was excellent! I didn't catch her name. We walked in and our eyes had to adjust, a little dark inside. They have tables and booths. Bar inside also. If you leave hungry its not because they dont give you enough food, good size portions. The yeast rolls with cinnamon butter are the best!! I could just eat them instead of a meal 😋 lol
Seriously, a great place to eat. You order the steak rare, it comes buttery soft rare. The grilled chicken salad is to die for! A chicken breast grilled to perfection, sliced alongside a bed of greens AND iceberg, with chunks of ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions. Topped with jalapeño ranch dressing. Seriously good eats! Plus great service! Kazlyn (who waited our table) was friendly and super helpful. We will come back!
Stopped here for a late lunch on our way back from NM, so glad we did!!! The food was delicious and the service was great!!! We will definitely stop by again! ❤️
